Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All our products are digital downloads, which means they’re delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.

Because of the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

We recommend reading the full product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@danielog.net before placing your order.

Refunds

We understand that mistakes happen. If you:

  • Purchased the same product more than once
  • Encountered a technical issue with the file that we can’t fix
  • Did not receive the product due to a system error

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, offer a full or partial refund.

Refund requests must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for your request

Late or missing refunds

If you’re approved for a refund, the credit will be applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account or PayPal activity
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • If it’s still missing after that, reach out to us at hello@danielog.net

Non-refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues without prior inquiry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Downloads that have already been accessed
