Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All our products are digital downloads, which means they’re delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase.
Because of the non-returnable nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
We recommend reading the full product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@danielog.net before placing your order.
Refunds
We understand that mistakes happen. If you:
- Purchased the same product more than once
- Encountered a technical issue with the file that we can’t fix
- Did not receive the product due to a system error
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or, where appropriate, offer a full or partial refund.
Refund requests must include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The reason for your request
Late or missing refunds
If you’re approved for a refund, the credit will be applied to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account or PayPal activity
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider

Non-refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues without prior inquiry
- Sale or discounted items
- Downloads that have already been accessed
